God has a plan for the Nations

Whenever God speaks about the condition of the perishing nations, His next move is often a search for a person—someone willing to stand as His representative. Scripture records:

“So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.” — Ezekiel 22:30

Throughout history, God has consistently chosen to accomplish His purposes on earth through human vessels. What distinguishes the man or woman God uses is not personal wisdom, strength, or ability, but a clear understanding of what God is doing and a willingness to align with His agenda in their generation.

At the Point of Divine Recruitment

One truth becomes evident when we consider divine recruitment: it is not secured by human effort or struggle. It is not a person’s certificates or credentials that qualify them for the Lord’s use.

The scripture reminds us:

“The race is not to the swift,

Nor the battle to the strong,

Nor bread to the wise,

Nor riches to men of understanding,

Nor favor to men of skill;

But time and chance happen to them all.” — Ecclesiastes 9:11

And again:

“For by strength no man shall prevail.” — 1 Samuel 2:9

When God issues His call, the primary qualification—or disqualification—is the condition of the heart.

“…For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7

The individuals God chooses often do not fit human expectations. They may appear ordinary or unremarkable. But they are not selected based on outward promise—they are chosen because their hearts are aligned with God’s own.

(See 1 Corinthians 1:26–29.)

These are ordinary men and women who simply respond in obedience when God instructs them to lift the trumpet to their lips, to break the pitchers in their hands, and to let His light shine through their lives.

As Scripture testifies of David:

“I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will.” — Acts 13:22

Could you be the one God is seeking for this generation?

Are you ready to respond to His call and embrace the assignment He has placed upon your life?
